ﻗُﻞْ ﻫَﻞْ ﻧُﻨَﺒِّﺌُﻜُﻢْ ﺑِﺎﻷَْﺧْﺴَﺮِﻳﻦَ ﺃَﻋْﻤَﺎﻻً
Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds?
ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺿَﻞَّ ﺳَﻌْﻴُﻬُﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻴَﺎﺓِ ﺍﻟﺪُّﻧْﻴَﺎ ﻭَﻫُﻢْ ﻳَﺤْﺴَﺒُﻮﻥَ ﺃَﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﻳُﺤْﺴِﻨُﻮﻥَ ﺻُﻨْﻌًﺎ
"Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds!
O Allaah forgive me, and take my pride away from me, make my face Glow on that day, when many faces are darkened..
ﻭُﺟُﻮﻩٌ ﻳَﻮْﻣَﺌِﺬٍ ﻧَﺎﺿِﺮَﺓٌ
Some faces that Day shall be Nadirah (shining and radiant).
ﺇِﻟَﻰٰ ﺭَﺑِّﻬَﺎ ﻧَﺎﻇِﺮَﺓٌ
Looking at their Lord (Allah);
ﻭَﻭُﺟُﻮﻩٌ ﻳَﻮْﻣَﺌِﺬٍ ﺑَﺎﺳِﺮَﺓٌ
And some faces, that Day, will be Basirah (dark, gloomy, frowning, and sad),
ﺗَﻆُﻦُّ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳُﻔْﻌَﻞَ ﺑِﻬَﺎ ﻓَﺎﻗِﺮَﺓٌ
Thinking that some calamity was about to fall on them;
This is the real beauty that Allaah gives worth to, then so should we. Nay, the man is weak, and still follows his whims.. I turn to YOU O Allaah, for verily, to YOU are the affairs. Make me steadfast..
ﻳُﺮِﻳﺪُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳُﺨَﻔِّﻒَ ﻋَﻨْﻜُﻢْ ۚ ﻭَﺧُﻠِﻖَ ﺍﻹِْﻧْﺴَﺎﻥُ ﺿَﻌِﻴﻔًﺎ
Allah wishes to lighten (the burden) for you; and man was created weak
ﺭَﺑَّﻨَﺎ ﻻَ ﺗُﺰِﻍْ ﻗُﻠُﻮﺑَﻨَﺎ ﺑَﻌْﺪَ ﺇِﺫْ ﻫَﺪَﻳْﺘَﻨَﺎ ﻭَﻫَﺐْ ﻟَﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻦْ ﻟَﺪُﻧْﻚَ ﺭَﺣْﻤَﺔً ۚ ﺇِﻧَّﻚَ ﺃَﻧْﺖَ ﺍﻟْﻮَﻫَّﺎﺏُ
(They say): "Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate (from the truth) after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from You. Truly, You are the Bestower."
Remember people plan, and the best of planners is He who gives death. That is all, so let's work on it, only, shall we? (smile)
ﺯُﻳِّﻦَ ﻟِﻠﻨَّﺎﺱِ ﺣُﺐُّ ﺍﻟﺸَّﻬَﻮَﺍﺕِ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﻨِّﺴَﺎءِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺒَﻨِﻴﻦَ ﻭَﺍﻟْﻘَﻨَﺎﻃِﻴﺮِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻘَﻨْﻂَﺮَﺓِ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﺬَّﻫَﺐِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﻔِﻀَّﺔِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺨَﻴْﻞِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺴَﻮَّﻣَﺔِ ﻭَﺍﻷَْﻧْﻌَﺎﻡِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺤَﺮْﺙِ ۗ ﺫَٰﻟِﻚَ ﻣَﺘَﺎﻉُ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻴَﺎﺓِ ﺍﻟﺪُّﻧْﻴَﺎ ۖ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋِﻨْﺪَﻩُ ﺣُﺴْﻦُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﺂﺏِ
Beautified for men is the love of things they covet; women, children, much of gold and silver (wealth), branded beautiful horses, cattle and well-tilled land. This is the pleasure of the present world's life; but Allah has the excellent return (Paradise with flowing rivers, etc.) with Him.
ﻗُﻞْ ﺃَﺅُﻧَﺒِّﺌُﻜُﻢْ ﺑِﺨَﻴْﺮٍ ﻣِﻦْ ﺫَٰﻟِﻜُﻢْ ۚ ﻟِﻠَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺍﺗَّﻘَﻮْﺍ ﻋِﻨْﺪَ ﺭَﺑِّﻬِﻢْ ﺟَﻨَّﺎﺕٌ ﺗَﺠْﺮِﻱ ﻣِﻦْ ﺗَﺤْﺘِﻬَﺎ ﺍﻷَْﻧْﻬَﺎﺭُ ﺧَﺎﻟِﺪِﻳﻦَ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﻭَﺃَﺯْﻭَﺍﺝٌ ﻣُﻂَﻬَّﺮَﺓٌ ﻭَﺭِﺿْﻮَﺍﻥٌ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ۗ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺑَﺼِﻴﺮٌ ﺑِﺎﻟْﻌِﺒَﺎﺩِ
Say: "Shall I inform you of things far better than those? For Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V. 2:2) there are Gardens (Paradise) with their Lord, underneath which rivers flow. Therein (is their) eternal (home) and Azwajun Mutahharatun (purified mates or wives) [i.e. they will have no menses, urine, or stool, etc.], And Allah will be pleased with them. And Allah is All-Seer of the (His) slaves".
But again, in this child's play, redo your calculations. But we forget calculations, when we are happy, or too sad, don't we .. (smile)
ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻛَﻢْ ﻟَﺒِﺜْﺘُﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻷَْﺭْﺽِ ﻋَﺪَﺩَ ﺳِﻨِﻴﻦَ
He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?"
ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﻟَﺒِﺜْﻨَﺎ ﻳَﻮْﻣًﺎ ﺃَﻭْ ﺑَﻌْﺾَ ﻳَﻮْﻡٍ ﻓَﺎﺳْﺄَﻝِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺎﺩِّﻳﻦَ
They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account."
ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺇِﻥْ ﻟَﺒِﺜْﺘُﻢْ ﺇِﻻَّ ﻗَﻠِﻴﻼً ۖ ﻟَﻮْ ﺃَﻧَّﻜُﻢْ ﻛُﻨْﺘُﻢْ ﺗَﻌْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥَ
He (Allah) will say: "You stayed not but a little, if you had only known!
ﺃَﻓَﺤَﺴِﺒْﺘُﻢْ ﺃَﻧَّﻤَﺎ ﺧَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎﻛُﻢْ ﻋَﺒَﺜًﺎ ﻭَﺃَﻧَّﻜُﻢْ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻨَﺎ ﻻَ ﺗُﺮْﺟَﻌُﻮﻥَ
"Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?"
ﻓَﺘَﻌَﺎﻟَﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻠِﻚُ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻖُّ ۖ ﻻَ ﺇِﻟَٰﻪَ ﺇِﻻَّ ﻫُﻮَ ﺭَﺏُّ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺮْﺵِ ﺍﻟْﻜَﺮِﻳﻢِ
So Exalted be Allah, the True King, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne!
Life has never have become so petty now, time to take a golden handshake.
Towards the parting of ways; I retire then. (smile)
